Righteous Sundays- July 14th

Intro
Love Yourself, Love the Earth, and Love Your Neighbors
…and treat yourself to a Righteous Sunday this week.
We’ll be stretching, dancing, filling our bellies with healthy and delicious food, cleaning up a river, and gathering to indulge in art, music, gardening, cooking, workshops, meditation, and most important, community.
Bring your instruments, potluck items, and art projects with you, and invite your friends.
Cause this Sunday, is going to be a Righteous one!

Yoga and Ecstatic Dance
    From 10 am to 1 pm at the Circus Collective

            Medicine Movement
                From 10 am -11 pm Day Monet will host Yoga
            Ecstatic Dance- With Chris Cox
                From 11 am -1 pm Chris Cox will host a “conscious free-form dancing and movement meditation”

Burritos at Illegal Pete’s
    From around 1:30 pm – 3 pm

Trashing the South Platte River
        From around 3 pm – 4 pm
        Meetup at Illegal Petes
        Parking at the 3550 Kalamath Street Parking Lot
        Free
            Trash Hike and South Platte River Clean- Up
    • Protect the aquatic ecosystem along the South Platte River by removing trash that might otherwise harm or kill the wildlife.
    • Beautify the land you live on
    • Enjoy going on a hike with friends
